Time for short trousers, bare feet and a cold drink in the sun.
Summer is here.

Probably would, I think the main difference between Chicago and Hamar (Norway) is the wind and the fact that spring season tends to be dry here.

Yeah, but your winters are more like a mild and wet Norwegian summer mate :P

Yesterday I was 17c here in the UK! I wasn't ready for the heat.
Sunburn!

Where in the UK? But yeah, that's rather warm for early April right? The forecast says it will be 10 °C here in a few hours, and I don't doubt it at all.

in the South East, it was 11 the day before and 12 today. It is hotter than average.
![]() 04/07/2015 at 06:43 |

I bet it's hotter than average, but if it'd been say the Scottish Highlands or something it'd been WAY above average I guess :P

I've never been to Straya but is it dry heat? when I gets up into the 20s here it's usually sticky :(
I spent some time in Florida in november and it was high 20's and was great. I was asked if I was cold for wearing shorts in 22c.
![]() 04/07/2015 at 07:00 |

yeah , generally a dry heat.
![]() 04/07/2015 at 07:01 |

shorts in 22c - NOPE!
![]() 04/07/2015 at 07:02 |

You'd complain about 25c too, if all it got you was a sweaty nutsack.
![]() 04/07/2015 at 07:03 |

![]() 04/07/2015 at 07:06 |

![]() 04/07/2015 at 07:12 |

![]() 04/07/2015 at 07:13 |

The other day I heard that it was 21° in Aberdeen which is in northern Scotland.
![]() 04/07/2015 at 07:14 |

![]() 04/07/2015 at 07:17 |

![]() 04/07/2015 at 07:20 |

Wow.. 21 °C in Aberdeen that early? Love that city though, gorgeous place.

Should hopefully be six degrees of inner turbulence in Ottawa today. I miss the fact that it was thirteen on Friday.

Bouncing on 33 C here and I'm glad. Working in the server room is like working in a meat locker all day. Nice to get out and feel the heat, let it warm my bones. Now if they would just allow beer...

It was nice to be out in T Shirt yesterday.

19 C or 19 F? The way this past winter has gone, it's hard to know for sure.
![]() 04/07/2015 at 11:57 |

And Chicago has the Cubs and the Blackhawks.
![]() 04/07/2015 at 15:24 |

19C. 19F is -7 which is about as cold as it gets and then only rarely.

I had a comic it showed a dude in shorts and a T shirt in one frame and April over his head. Another frame was a dude in a parka and August over his head. The title? 10C.
